March 10: Broadway Cares Autograph Signing
Get out your PDAs, or your daily planners -- because on March 10th, ABC Daytime and SOAPnet are bringing you the latest installment in the 2009 Soap Nation tour. An additional event has been added to the Broadway Cares celebration in New York City and it's totally all about YOU. Stars from "All My Children," "One Life to Live," and "General Hospital" will be signing autographs and taking pictures.
Here are the details about the autograph event.
Note: The below information is NEW and up-to-date, so please read carefully!
When: Tuesday, March 10th, 9 to 11am and 11am to 1pm.
Where: 320 West 66th St. (it's happening on "The View" set, FYI), New York, NY
How: Show up! It's a $10 minimum donation, with all proceeds benefitting Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS -- an organization dedicated to raising funds for AIDS-related charities. So, essentially, it's for a really good cause.
Tickets will be provided per series and per timeslot: Some actors will be there for the 9 to 11am signing, while others will be signing from 11am to 1 pm. So basically, when you arrive, you need to choose which timeslot you want to attend (first? Second?) and then which group of actors ("AMC"? "OLTL"? "GH"?). Because SO many people are expected, we want to make sure you have the best chance of meeting stars from your favorite show. Doors open at 8am; additionally, if you obtain tickets for the 11am to 1pm signing, you can leave (grab some delicious breakfast, perhaps?) and return at 10:15am.
Note: There are a limited number of tickets, so please arrive early! Because of these limits, the ability to get an autograph is not guaranteed. Talent times and participation are subject to change.
